An elastomer is a polymer with the property of viscoelasticity

Elastic materials strain instantaneously when stretched and just as quickly return to their original state once the stress is removed. Viscoelastic materials have elements of both of these properties and, as such, exhibit long time durability.

Mr. Expert Class Coat is 100% pure acrylic elastomeric high durability wall coating system so as to perform without degradation in properties for a period of long 10 years.Mr. Expert Class Coat is a ready to apply materials.Forget that old traditional cement paints or low cost exterior paints that fade up after small years and giving fade up effect, algae stains, black stains, cracks and seepages.

One has to fill cracks which are developed due to temperature cycle (which results in expansion and contraction) Which makes construction  unhealthy look.

Mr. Expert Class coat offers a new and fresh look to your building for years and years. It eliminates cracks, seepages, black stains.

As Mr. Expert Class Coat is high breath ability it prevents cracks and black stains developed due to algae.

Uses: Mr. Expert Class Coat is ideal foe concrete stucco, brick stone, metal.It is recommended for vertical surfaces such as external walls, sloping slabs, walls and slabs where there is high wind rains and humidity. Mr. Expert Class Coat is good for commercial, industrial or residential buildings.

Application 

Clean the surface with wire brush. Remove the dust and dirt etc. remove old weak coating (if any) such waterproofing coating, brick bat coba, debris etc.wash the surface with plenty of water. Let it dry for three hours.

Apply first coat of Mr.Expert Class Coat by brush/spray. Let it dry for eight hours. Apply second coat.

Do not mix anything with Mr.Expert Class Coat. Mixing water with Mr.Expert Class Coat will lower the quality.

Do not coat when there is rains, fog or extreme temperature.

Coverage:  Mr.Expert Class Coat covers approx. 35 sft per Kg (two coats)

Mr.Expert KOOL KEEP is an environment friendly elastomeric preparation and is recommended as a thermal barrier coating and provided heat insulation along with its flexible nature. This can be used on clean and mechanically sound substrates such as metal, wood, brick, plastered surface, concrete etc.

It can substantially reduce both peak temperature and daily temperature cycle, which any exterior surface or rood membrane is exposed to. It reduces thermal transmission and helps in saving in utility costs.

This has good elongation properties and hence remains intact while the building goes through the cycle of stresses arising from expansion and contraction.

Surface preparation and application method

Surface to be coated must be clean, dry and free from any oil, dust, debris, and grease. .High pressure water washing or concentrated pre treatment detergent surfactant cleaning is recommended for all types of surfaces. Before application any loosely adhered coating must be removed and bare surfaces must be prepared cleaned and checked for compatibility.

A primer coat is recommended with dilution of Mr.Expert KOOL KEEP with potable water @ ratio 1:1 by brush application. After 3 hours use Mr.Expert KOOL KEEP as such by brush application. One may apply third coat if necessary.
